SPLASH, Laguna Beach – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel provided a nice stay with modernized rooms that were beautiful, clean, and well managed. The washer and dryer in the units were a convenient addition, and the great WiFi made my stay even more enjoyable. However, the elevator needed updating, and the religious Fuh-reek family members present gave a mix of experiences.

The hotel is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of PCB but still conveniently close to Pier Park, offering a peaceful stay in a great location. The rooms were beautifully furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our family, but a sudden tile incident raised some concerns. The service was exceptional, and the dining experience was satisfactory. However, there were some safety issues in the vicinity that could be problematic, but overall, it was a worthwhile stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The end unit with a larger balcony was perfect for soaking in the views from my room. The company had a specific chair already reserved for me, which was a nice touch. The service was amazing at Splash, and even though we had a few issues with the elevators that day, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The location, while being on the West end of the beach, was still close to Pier Park and other restaurants. The dining experience with fresh products in the morning was delightful. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room had multiple broken and dirty items, it was surprisingly comfortable with all the amenities of home. The service was friendly and accommodating, enforcing policies like the no-smoking rule with a smile. The location, though in need of repair, was ideal for families and conveniently close to popular spots like Pier Park. The dining experience, especially in the morning, left much to be desired. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
